Products damaged during transportation: If the product you receive is damaged during transportation, you can request a return.

Note: To be accepted for return, the product must be in intact condition, unused, and with full labels and packaging as when received.

2. Return Time

Beauty Topiz only accepts return requests within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

Return requests after this period will not be processed.

3. Return Process

To proceed with a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Beauty Topiz via email or hotline within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information:

Order code

Product name

Reason for return with supporting photos or videos (if available)

Wait for confirmation from Beauty Topiz: Our customer service team will check and respond to your return request within 24-48 working hours.

Return the product: After receiving confirmation, you pack the product and send it back to Beauty Topiz according to the instructions. Shipping fees will be supported in case the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

Return processing: After receiving and checking the returned product, we will proceed to exchange a new product or refund according to your request. Processing time may be from 5-7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

4. Refund Methods

Beauty Topiz applies the following refund methods:

Refund to bank account: Applicable in case you request a direct refund.

Refund in the form of voucher: Voucher has the same value as the returned product, can be used to purchase on the Beauty Topiz website.

Note: The original shipping fees (if any) will not be refunded, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

Beauty Topiz reserves the right to refuse a return request if the product does not meet the return conditions.
